No Friday Night Ride planned in August at present
This will be a relaxed ride of about 24 miles along cycle tracks, disused railway tracks and the canal path to Rother Valley Country park. Suitable for ebikes, mountain bikes and hybrids. We will stop for refreshments at Rother Valley and then make our way back the same way.
Twenty miles on trails and quiet roads as we head out from the Queen’s Park cafe to Whittington, Holmesfield and Barlow before heading back into town. Nothing too technical, but there are three reasonably tough climbs. Suitable for gravel and mountain bikes. Preview the route on Komoot.
Meeting at the town hall steps we’ll take an 11km ride on the east/west route and canal, returning from Whittington via the Stonegravels Way bike path and some roads. Route preview
