Monthly Campaign meetings are where the business of the Campaign is discussed. These meetings are relatively formal and follow a pre published agenda issued by email to members.
Our Monthly meetings currently take place on ‘Zoom’ with a link emailed to members a few days beforehand. We starting at 7.30pm and finish by 9.00pm on the second Tuesday of the month (not August or December).
Members of the Campaign help at the monthly Dr Bike workshop in the Queen’s Park and organise the Friday Night Rides and Cycle in Style rides.
Annually we have a stall at the May Day event in Chesterfield and occasionally at other events but all the maps, ride leaflets and other cycling info are available at the Dr Bike workshops.
Chesterfield Cycle Maps are always available from the Visitor Information Centre in Rykneld Square and Tapton Lock Visitors Centre and Monkey Park bike workshop usually have stock too.
Members of the committee regularly attend other meetings such as Derbyshire County Council Cycle Liaison Group.
