The new route along a shared path/quiet roads between Whittington Moor roundabout and Peak Resort is gradually taking shape. It is complete between Whit’ Moor and the underpass on the A61 dual carriageway albeit with further signage needed.

The section along the ‘old’ Sheffield Road is gradually being built with a widened shared footway. There is now a new Toucan crossing and widened shared footway to get into the Peak Resort site and access to the bridleway.
