We know Derbyshire County Council have submitted their bid for the 2nd tranche of active travel funding which we hope may include more cycling measures in Chesterfield.

Ahead of the announcement and with the governments ‘Gear Change’ policy in mind which urges local authorities to reallocate road space for walking and cycling we have emailed the four main local political parties to ask them for their views.
