We note that this application will provide 15 car parking spaces for users of the proposed facilities and suggest that there should be some provision for cycle parking. Given the nature and location of the building perhaps it would be prudent to ask the owner to allow bicycles to be parked inside the building? Alternatively we suggest one cycle parking stand located outside adjacent to the vehicle parking spaces.
