The route will take us to Holymoorside, up Harewood road and south across the tops. Coffee stop at Tansley Barn. Back via Ogston reservoir and Wingerworth.

Road bikes (and e-bikes) with suitable gears for the climbs. Please ensure you have a suitable repair kit and Hydration.

• Around 32 miles/3-4 hours of riding at a steady pace. There are hills.
• Organised by Chesterfield Spire Cycling Club
• This is fairly typical of a shorter Chesterfield Spire “touring” ride. There are usually 2 or 3 groups out on the midweek rides giving a choice of more, or less energetic excursions. We aim to ride in a safe and considerate fashion.
