Guided rides, member events and cycling festivals are just some of the things we do to encourage people onto their bikes.

We represent cyclists to local authorities, respond to planning applications and rally public support for consultations.

To organise a series of rides to promote and encourage cycling in the Chesterfield area.
Cycle Audit
We will audit existing infrastructure in Chesterfield and consider potential additions. A formal audit will allow us to be prepared in discussions with local authorities.
Business Support
To signpost and celebrate local employers adopting the Cycling UK Cycle Friendly Employers Award
We’re also looking to push forward progress on two key pieces of infrastructure. The Avenue site with its poor surface and A-frames, and the missing bridge on the Avant housing development at Chesterfield Waterside.
