We have received plans from Derbyshire County Council for this link along the A61 corridor as part of their plan to link Dronfield to Clay Cross with a cycle route. Unfortunately it is a bit of a compromise from what was originally proposed which was to continue alongside the A61 north of Whittington Moor roundabout. Land and services issues made that option very difficult so this is the alternative. It will at least see a cycle route running past the Dunston Innovation Centre  which during a meeting with DCC on site we noted several cyclists using! The plan shown here is the overall plan, we do have more detailed sections.
